This case study was done during my time at USEFUL SCHOOL, a design cohort aimed for POC designers.
The Flying Egg is a charming restaurant nestled in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, boasting its Colombian heritage. Located strategically within the historic district, it enjoys proximity to the iconic Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem during the winter and the vibrant MusicFest in the summer.
In an effort to elevate the restaurant's digital presence and improve customer engagement, I embarked on a UX design journey with the primary goal of increasing reservations and takeout orders.
Complete Redesign
My primary objective for this UX case study was to enhance The Flying Egg's website in a way that would boost user engagement and, in turn, increase reservations and takeout orders. I recognized the need to make it easier for visitors to access the key functionalities of the website, namely making reservations and placing takeout orders.
